Where Data Becomes Direction.

Gold-standard health and performance assessments — designed for those who demand precision, longevity, and peak performance at every stage of life.

Our Philosophy

Blue Zones Longevity.
Gold Standard Science.

The name Blue and Gold Labs is not arbitrary. Every word reflects our purpose. Blue is our commitment to healthspan — drawing inspiration from the world's Blue Zones, where communities live with exceptional vitality well into their nineties and beyond.

Gold is our commitment to rigor. We use only gold-standard measurements — the same protocols trusted by elite athletic programs and leading longevity researchers — to give you objective, reproducible data that tracks your progress over time.

Together, they define who we are: a precision health practice where science serves life.

Cardiovascular Health

Advanced blood markers reveal what standard panels miss — including ApoB, Lp(a), and precise metabolic zone thresholds that define your true cardiovascular fitness.

Body Composition

Body Composition

Clinical-grade DEXA scanning measures fat, lean mass, and bone mineral density with millimeter precision — performed fasting for the most accurate baseline possible.

Performance Optimization

ACSM-validated fitness testing and VO₂ Max assessment provide the objective data every serious training strategy demands — from weekend warriors to competitive athletes.

Recovery & Sleep

Multi-night at-home sleep studies capture the quality and architecture of rest — because recovery is where adaptation happens and longevity is quietly won or lost.

Who We Serve

Precision Health for
Three Distinct Journeys

Every client arrives with different goals. Our assessments speak to all of them.

Longevity

Health-Conscious Individuals

You invest in your health today so it pays dividends for decades. Quarterly tracking gives you the longitudinal data to know what's working, what's changing, and what to adjust — before problems arise.

Performance

Athletes & Weekend Warriors

Training harder isn't always training smarter. Objective VO₂ Max data, zone thresholds, and body composition tracking let you refine your approach with the same precision a professional program demands.

Metabolic Transformation

Reclaiming Your Metabolic Potential

Your metabolism is not fixed — it's a system that responds to the right information and the right interventions. Whether you're optimizing nutrition, exploring GLP-1 therapies, or building toward a leaner, stronger body, our assessments give you and your care team the precise metabolic data to accelerate results and sustain them for life.

The Quarterly Assessment

Six Pillars.
One Complete Picture.

Each quarterly session integrates six gold-standard assessment modules into a single, coherent health narrative.

Your Assessment Day

More Than a Full Day
Invested in You Each Year

Four quarterly sessions. Ten hours of gold-standard assessment annually. More clinically meaningful data than most people collect in a lifetime — all focused entirely on you.

Before Your Visit

Fasting Blood Draw at LabCorp

Complete your advanced blood panel at any LabCorp location near you — on your own schedule, before your in-clinic assessment day. Lab fees are fully included in your membership. Results are shared directly with Blue and Gold Labs for integration into your consultation.

7:00 am ~45 min

DEXA Body Composition and Bone Mineral Density

Begin fasting with your clinical DEXA scan — the most accurate body composition measurement available. Fasting state ensures the highest precision for fat mass, lean mass, and bone mineral density readings.

7:45 am ~45 min

Resting Metabolic Rate

Immediately following the DEXA scan — while you remain still on the scanner bed — a canopy indirect calorimetry measurement captures your true resting metabolic rate. The supine, fasted state is ideal for RMR accuracy, and the seamless transition eliminates any activity that could elevate your baseline. This is part of your Metabolic & VO₂ Max pillar.

8:30 am ~45 min

ACSM Fitness Battery

Standardized fitness evaluation covering muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular baselines, and body measurements.

9:15 am ~45 min

Metabolic & VO₂ Max Testing

Graded exercise protocol with breath-by-breath gas analysis to determine your precise metabolic zones, ventilatory thresholds, and aerobic ceiling. Performed last as the most physically demanding assessment.

10:00 am ~30 min

Glucose Response — CGM Setup & Protocol

Receive your continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and walk through the self-discovery protocol with your practitioner. Learn how to interpret your real-time glucose data across food, exercise, stress, and sleep — so the 10–14 days of monitoring that follow become a true learning experience, not just raw data.

10:30 am ~30 min

Sleep Study Device & Wrap-Up

Collect your at-home sleep study device with setup instructions for your 5–7 night home recording. You're done — and your follow-up consultation is scheduled.

Follow-Up ~60 min

Integrated Results Consultation

Once your blood results, CGM data, and sleep study are complete, your practitioner meets with you in-person or via teleconference to synthesize all six data streams into a unified, actionable health plan — personalized for the quarter ahead.
